In its everlasting quest to add anything but vampires to Vampire Survivors, developer poncle asked its friends at Innersloth if they could borrow some stuff and the Among Us-themed Vampire Survivors DLC Emergency Meeting was born!
Today, the game is getting Steam Community Items (Trading Cards, emoticons, and more) and a first gameplay video showing the local co-op mode in action. The team’s also announced that Vampire Survivors on Steam is fully switching over to the new engine on the 17th of August. (Previously, the game was running on the old and new engine in parallel on Steam).
After extensive research, developer poncle has concluded that everything in life is better with friends: That’s why Vampire Survivors is getting a couch co-op mode! Oh, and the game is coming to Nintendo Switch too, as was just announced during the Nintendo Direct
Developer poncle, with the help of games consulting agency Robot Teddy, is working with Story Kitchen (headed by Dmitri Johnson, co-producer of the Sonic the Hedgehog movie series, John Wick writer/creator Derek Kolstad and former APA agent/partner Mike Goldberg) to bring the animated Vampire Survivors series to life.

Developer poncle announced today that their genre defining “be the bullet hell” action game Vampire Survivors is coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S! The Xbox port will contain all the new content and updates that were added to the PC version (Steam and Game Pass for PC) during Early Access.
Vampire Survivors will leave Early Access in less than a week when the long-awaited v1.0 arrives on 20th October! The update will also be out on the same day for Game Pass for PC.
After 100,000 positive Steam user reviews (including classics like “3 dollar cocaine”) Vampire Survivors receives Patch 9.0 later today (5 pm BST). This means we’re finally closing in on 1.0, woo hoo!
