Co., Ltd. today revealed that they will be hosting the X8 University Invitational Tournament starting in September this year. Ten eSports teams from universities across Japan will participate and compete in the VR multiplayer hero shooter X8. The final tournament will take place at the Tokyo Game Show 2023 on September 24th. On the last day of the event, Thirdverse will host a dedicated event on the showfloor for the X8 University Invitational Tournament, and anyone attending the event can try out X8.
