Kakao Games (co-CEOs Taehwan Kim and Siwoo Lee) today announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with QuasarZone (CEO Hyunseok Kim), Korea’s largest IT and hardware community, to optimize the PC performance of its upcoming title Chrono Odyssey.
