What’s New in Season 1 Chapter 2?
Card Chaos Expanded
A total of 70+ New Shard Cards are joining the battlefield in Season 1 Chapter 2 throughout the chapter, with Shard Clash, Outbreak Mode and Team Deathmatch (TDM) all receiving fresh card content.
Outbreak Mode also introduces Survivor/Parasite-specific dual-deck systems and shard cards, deepening strategic play.
Some of the new Shard Cards include:
Archer - Your team can transform into magical archers.
Feral Hogs - A friendly red hog follows you, knocking down and disarming enemies.
Everybody Dance Now - Launch a wave of sound forward. Enemies are forced to dance.
New Map and New Lancer
After the Season 1 Chapter 2 update, players can look forward to a brand new battleground for Team Deathmatch: Kepler Station "Aesir." This exciting addition promises to bring fresh strategies and dynamic gameplay to the mix.
Kepler has built stations in several Shards. Other enterprises, led by Eastvale, suspect the facilities are being used for unapproved purposes. They send a Lancer team to investigate one of Kepler's Stations, located in Aesir Shard. But Kepler has another Lancer squad waiting for them. ..

In addition to the new map, the Season 1 Chapter 2 update will also introduce a high-skill attacker to the roster, designed for those who prefer an aggressive playstyle. This character comes with a unique twist that distinguishes them from the rest of the lineup, adding an intriguing layer to combat.
Stay tuned for more details, as further updates will be shared on FragPunk’s social media very soon!
Arcade Goes Wild
Season 1 Chapter 2 brings 2 exciting new arcade modes: Classic Clash and Headshot Only, alongside the return of players’ favorites, Blitz Ballet and Chaos Clash. The Arcade modes will refresh on a daily basis after the upcoming update.
New Arcade Mode- Classic Clash: A stripped-back, tactical bomb mode for purists, without Shard Cards.
New Arcade Mode- Headshot Only: Chaos reigns in this headshot-focused frenzy, where only headshots can eliminate your enemies.
In addition, the Outbreak Mode will be evolving based on players’ feedback. The updated version will feature a new Dual-Deck System, which separates card builds for Survivors and Parasites, as well as new Parasite Variants, with fresh mutations and abilities in development.
