Everything Revealed at The Big Break Showcase: New Games, Release Dates, and a Frankly Obnoxious Number of Trailers
It happened. Against the quiet expectations of several people who will not be named for legal reasons, the first-ever Big Break Showcase aired on September 29th, premiering on YouTube and co-streamed by IGN. Hosted by Coffee Stain and stuffed with reveals from Ghost Ship Publishing, Kinetic Publishing, Raw Fury, and a small army of indie friends, the show delivered major announcements, brand-new game reveals, release dates, and the exact quantity of silliness you'd expect.
For everyone who missed it, arrived late, or simply wants to relive the chaos, here's everything that was announced. The full show is available to watch back now here and the Steam event page is here.

And that's a wrap! Behind the trailers and the silliness is a simple idea: with hundreds of games launching every week, getting noticed has become one of the hardest parts of making one. So Coffee Stain and friends built a show to help with that – free for participating developers, with a dedicated spotlight for brand-new studios showing their first game to the world, all propped up by a few beloved indie studios. This showcase has hopefully helped a few of these games find the players they deserve (and we got to show off our own upcoming launches in the process – funny how that works).
