The much-anticipated Open Loot Open Beta for The Desolation is set to launch on October 18. Berlin-based developer Stratosphere Games offers players an immersive experience packed with new features, challenges, and rewards to celebrate this milestone. Together with Open Loot a beta giveaway will reward the first 50,000 players with Platinum Boxes, worth 250.000$ in total.

The highlight is the long awaited second update of the economy system of The Desolation which introduces a range of exciting features designed to enhance gameplay. Players can look forward to a comprehensive crafting update that reintroduces all previous weapons, allowing for greater customization and strategy. The modular weapon system will enable players to modify their gear for optimal performance, and the new weapon dismantling feature allows for resource recovery from unwanted items.
