Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor to Release on Mobile in November 2025
Ghost Ship Publishing and developer Funday Games are excited to announce that the roguelike Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is making the leap to mobile devices this November. After a successful launch across both PC and Xbox, players will now be able to mine for riches wherever they are as the survivor-like spin-off entry enters both Google Play and the Apple App Store later this year.
Following shortly after the game’s release into 1.0 on PC and Xbox, Funday Games has been working with experienced developer studio Piktiv to deliver top-notch dwarf action to mobile users, including:
Mining Bullet Heaven Action - The survivor-like gameplay allows brave dwarves to dig deep into planet Hoxxes IV and use an increasingly powerful arsenal of weaponry to push back the Glyphid bugs that reside within a range of biomes, ranging from the wondrous Azure Weald to the deadly lava-filled Magma Core.
Upgrades People, Upgrades - Lay waste to the local fauna and gain experience to level up and become a one-man army. Complete mission objectives to become even stronger, and venture safely to the drop pod as you dive deeper into the planet’s surface.
Time to Gear Up - With the newly introduced Gear system, players can choose a wide selection of peripherals, including Armor, Weapon Mods, Canisters to change weapon stats, Gadgets to help with collection or mining, or Chips to upgrade the trusty sidekick, Bosco.
A Seamless Experience - Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor will bring the same hardcore, intense feel of the PC game to mobile devices while making sure it feels natural to play.
“We’ve realised that Survivor was perfect for smaller, portable devices when we saw how popular the game has become on Steam Deck,” said Funday Games producer, Jacob Laurits Besenbacher Kjeldsen. “It felt only natural to bring the game’s bullet heaven action to mobile, and soon players will be able to rock and stone on the phone wherever they are!"
