Words With Friends Celebrates ‘Friendiversary’ With First-Ever Player Contest
Zynga Inc., a wholly-owned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive and a global leader in interactive entertainment, today launched Words With Friends ‘Friendiversary,’ a 17-day in-game celebration honoring the friendships, rivalries, and real-life connections made through the iconic word game over the past 17 years.
Starting today and running through August 1, players can take part in daily gifts, a community-wide challenge, and the new “Become a Solo Star” contest. This first-ever opportunity offers one lucky winner the chance to add a word of their choice into Words With Friend’s official dictionary and also have their likeness transformed into a playable in-game character.

From classic player-vs-player matches to solo modes anyone can enjoy at their own pace, the game offers word lovers more ways to play every day.
