Trombone Champ Invites Some Very Powerful Indie Music Into The Room
Three years after Trombone Champ first escaped into the world and refused to stop honking, Holy Wow Studios is releasing the game’s first official DLC. Starting today, players on Steam for PC and Mac can pick up three distinct crossover song packs, each built as a loving tribute to a modern indie classic
And this drop is not staying in one dimension. Flat2VR Studios is joining the party with a same-day release of the Celeste Song Pack for Trombone Champ: Unflattened, bringing the climb to Meta Quest, SteamVR and PlayStation VR2 for those players who prefer to suffer with depth perception.
This is a celebration of indie games that left a mark. UNDERTALE and DELTARUNE bring the kind of melodies that live in your head forever. Celeste arrives with tracks that make every attempt feel like progress, whether you are honking on a monitor or in a headset. Pizza Tower storms in at full speed and does not apologize. Each pack was carefully crafted to honor the original soundtracks and celebrate what made those games legendary in the first place.
Celeste Song Pack
The Celeste Song Pack brings Trombone Champ to Celeste Mountain, where every attempt counts and the only way forward is up. Celeste follows Madeline’s climb to the summit, balancing precision, perseverance, and the stubborn little voice that says, “One more try.” If you have ever missed a note and immediately gone again, you already understand the assignment.
This pack includes 10 tracks from Lena Raine’s soundtrack. The list is smaller than the other packs by design. These pieces run long, and some of the originals were 10 minutes or more, so the team carefully edited them down for length while keeping the parts that hit.
The full track list includes First Steps, Madeline and Theo, Resurrections, Spirit of Hospitality, Scattered and Lost, Starjump, Reflection, Confronting Myself, Heart of the Mountain, and Reach for the Summit.
And for players who prefer their brass in three dimensions, the Celeste Song Pack is also available today for Trombone Champ: Unflattened, matching the original game’s 10-song list.
UNDERTALE + DELTARUNE Song Pack
The UNDERTALE + DELTARUNE Song Pack adds 14 tracks to Trombone Champ, pulling from two worlds that balance sincerity, absurdity, and the quiet terror of realizing you cannot dodge everything forever. These songs are fan favorites for a reason. They hit hard, they stick in your head, and they make “one more try” feel inevitable. Holy Wow is also calling this the most demanding of the three packs. The team describes it as extremely challenging, with charts designed to push even rhythm game veterans.
The full track list includes UNDERTALE favorites Once Upon a Time, Bonetrousle, Spear of Justice, ASGORE, Battle Against a True Hero, Hopes and Dreams, Spider Dance, Metal Crusher, and Megalovania, alongside DELTARUNE standouts Rude Buster, A CYBER’S WORLD?, Attack of the Killer Queen, The World Revolving, and BIG SHOT.
Pizza Tower Song Pack
The Pizza Tower Song Pack is 14 tracks of pure forward momentum, pulled from Tour De Pizza’s feverish cartoon sprint of a platformer where panic is a playstyle and “slow down” is not on the menu. Holy Wow describes this pack as extremely fast, intense, and difficult. It’s built as a true challenge for fans of Pizza Tower and Trombone Champ, and it’s also the longest of the three DLC packs.
The full track list includes Pizza Deluxe, Put On A Show!, It’s Pizza Time!, Funiculi Holiday, Extraterrestrial Wahwahs, Oregano Mirage, Good Eatin’, Cold Spaghetti, Yeehaw Deliveryboy, Pumpin’ Hot Stuff, What’s On The Kid’s Menu?, The Death That I Deservioli, Unexpectancy (Part 2 of 3), and Bye Bye There!.
