This line is worth the wait - Techno Banter is out now!
Crunching Koalas, a Polish publisher and indie developer responsible for well-received titles such as Darkwood and BUTCHER, have announced that their new game, Techno Banter - a neon-filled narrative RPG - will debut later today, January 30, 2025.
In Techno Banter, players step into the shoes of Nil, a would-be superstar who now works as a selective bouncer in one of the most popular rave spots in Rainbow Drive - the un-legendary Green Door.
Every party brings a never-ending queue of eccentrics, tricksters, trendsetters, and techno enthusiasts - speaking briefly, potential guests of your club. Nil’s mission? Make sure the party keeps rocking (or raving). And for that, a strict door policy is essential. Sloppy outfit? Obvious traces of last night’s escapades? Or maybe the vibe is 'just not right'? Every visitor has their own story that might disqualify them from entry, but sometimes a simple “NO” may not be enough.
