Tactical deckbuilder Alchemice to arrive on Kickstarter in 2026
Spanish developer Red Mountain Games, known for the action adventure The Crown of Wu (2023), recently shared a special update about AlcheMice, their tactical roguelite deckbuilder. The team announced that AlcheMice will be coming to Kickstarter in 2026. The pre-launch page is now live for all fans to follow!
The Kickstarter announcement trailer also revealed a revamped UI, never-before-seen features, such as deck management; a boss battle, and some animated NPCs the will react to your actions in combat.
ABOUT THE GAME
AlcheMice is a turn-based tactical game combining deck creation and strategic positioning on grid-based 3D dungeons. Set in a twisted and stylized version of 16th-century Granada, you play as Tycoh, an apprentice alchemist seeking for the legendary Philosopher's Stone. As it's believed to be a key ingredient for the elixir of life, you must find it to save Tycoh’s family from a mysterious illness.
But first, you must escape from Gusparda's curse. This mad witch trapped Tycoh in an endless loop of three days and three nights with the power of her tarot cards. Improve your deck and master alchemy to outsmart your enemies in multi-level dungeons across the city, face some tough narrative choices and get out of the neverending cycle that resets your world… Your deck and gear will remain, making you stronger every time!
