SpeedRunners creators' new competitive running game 'Sprint City' launches today
Second Stage Studio has today launched Sprint City, a new competitive multiplayer racing game, in Steam Early Access. Developed by the original creators of SpeedRunners, Sprint City lets players race through a sprawling city, learning routes and discovering handy powerups and shortcuts that could help them claim a spot on the podium.
Sprint City game owners can invite up to seven friends to join their session and play for free via their browser - no purchases or downloads required! Owners can also issue custom five-minute solo challenges via a link, which anyone can take on for free to try to beat their score and climb the online leaderboards.
Sprint City is available now on Steam for US $9.59/£7.99/€9.59 including a 20% launch discount for the first two weeks.
