Save The World in 30 Seconds - Ascend to ZERO Ticks into Steam Next Fest
Flyway Games is excited to deliver a look at new gameplay for their upcoming action roguelike Ascend to ZERO. Ascend to ZERO puts you right into the fight, where your limited time can be halted, allowing you to assess strategy, eliminate enemies, and enhance your power.
Somewhere between Brotato’s mayhem and Hades’ combat tempo, Ascend to ZERO defines its own rhythm-with high-quality voxels and outrageous level scaling. A further glimpse into the battle to save the world appeared during The MIX Showcase, Future Games Show, and Women-led Games Showcase.
The game’s free demo has been live since March 7th, but with new updates just for Steam Next Fest. The Stage 2 Update features an entirely new area based on a machine-ravaged post-human earth, complete with new monster attack patterns and stage gimmicks. The update also includes the new character Cold Moon Hacker, a Drone-wielding warrior perfectly at home in the new stage. Players can also participate in a special in-game event to commemorate Steam Next Fest to unlock an exclusive color scheme that will be usable at launch for the full game.
