Raphaël Colantonio Cameo in Stygian: Outer Gods

Stygian: Outer Gods surges ahead with support from gaming industry legend Raphaël Colantonio, highlighted by a stunning new music video for the clinging in-game track "I Still Care", performed by his band Weird Wolves.

Raphaël Colantonio, co-founder of Arkane Studios and renowned game designer of titles such as Dishonored and Prey, also lent his distinctive voice to the enigmatic Seer NPC. His performance adds haunting depth to the tarot-reading mystic, guiding players through pivotal talent-unlocking rituals amid otherworldly terrors.

Colantonio praised the game's impressive visuals and art style for their immersive Lovecraftian atmosphere, despite classic clutter-versus-interaction challenges. He highlighted a thrilling hide-and-seek fear moment with attacking zombies and a pursuing dog, showcasing masterful tension-building and strong potential for agile combat and strategic depth.

"Raphaël created some of our favorite game universes and we are excited beyond words that he became a part of our own Lovecraftian world. We also truly appreciate all his support and feedback, input from an industry veteran of his caliber is absolutely invaluable," said Serge Alarsky, founder of Misterial Games, the developer of Stygian: Outer Gods, about the collaboration.

Weird Wolves performed the in-game track I Still Care, featured prominently in upcoming content for Stygian: Outer Gods; current players can already enjoy the song’s haunting piano version performed by the enigmatic character Jack. The collaboration also birthed a stunning music video clip featuring the song’s original studio recording, blending Lovecraftian imagery and dread of Stygian with Weird Wolves’ signature dark sound and now available to immerse fans deeper into the game’s atmospheric world.
