Raid Post-Apocalyptic Trains and Trust No One in Enginefall's Steam Next Fest Demo, Live Today!

Red Rover Interactive, the independent development studio featuring industry veterans from Funcom and Bohemia Interactive, is excited to share that the demo for Enginefall, its player-driven crafting PvP shooter set aboard colossal moving trains in a post-apocalyptic world, is live today as part of Steam Next Fest.

Following its recent appearance during the Future Games Show Summer Showcase, players can jump into Enginefall and experience its unique blend of survival, crafting, raiding, and large-scale PvP combat. Available today through June 22nd, the free demo introduces a host of new gameplay systems for players to experience ahead of launch, including:

  • Upgrading, customising and fortifying Dagger Shuttles, personal trains and strategic hubs that each player can modify to their liking as they plan their next big raid.

  • The introduction of Dagger vs Dagger battles, where players can deploy their custom-built personal trains into emergent, cross-train encounters against other players in chaotic PvP fun.

  • Addition of hostile NPCs that actively hunt players as they raid Titan Trains, massive industrial beasts filled to the brim with resources and loot, adding additional pressure to an already thrilling PvP experience.

  • A revamped onboarding experience featuring a dedicated tutorial train that will give players a chance to get hands on with crafting, progression and base-building before diving into a Titan Train raid.

The Enginefall demo is available today until June 22nd through Steam as part of Steam Next Fest.
