PUBG MOBILE Launches First-Ever Global Reality Show, Trial of Fire

PUBG MOBILE, one of the world's most popular mobile games, is excited to unveil PUBG MOBILE: Trial of Fire, PUBG MOBILE’s first global reality show. Featuring 16 elite teams from across the globe, representing major regions worldwide and carrying the pride of their communities into every challenge, the show brings recreations of classic PUBG MOBILE features to life in Bali, Indonesia, through high-stakes survival missions and intense competition.

PUBG MOBILE: Trial of Fire, which premiered on May 30th, saw international stars team up as they competed for glory in real-world challenges inspired by signature gameplay mechanics and moments familiar to PUBG MOBILE players. From gathering supplies and securing Air Drops to facing off as the infamous Blue Zone closes in, contestants had to outlast their rivals in an epic test of wits, strategy and stamina.

Extending the spirit of challenge beyond the virtual realm and into the real world, PUBG MOBILE: Trial of Fire connects with the latest gameplay and PUBG MOBILE’s global esports ecosystem. The high-octane visual spectacle takes direct inspiration from challenges introduced in Version 4.4’s Hero’s Crown themed mode and will see the winning team have the honour of lighting the Flame of Glory, which will be carried to PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) in Jakarta, signifying the start of the high-profile tournament.

From May 25th to June 3rd, players can head to the in-game Events Center for a first look of PUBG MOBILE: Trial of Fire, by completing special missions to unlock exclusive themed rewards. Ahead of the premiere, PUBG MOBILE had already sparked major global excitement with a series of trailers rolling out across social channels, giving fans an early glimpse at the action to come.

The PUBG MOBILE: Trial of Fire premiered in PUBG MOBILE on May 30th with the accompanying in-game event running from May 25th to June 3rd, 2026. Download and play the game for free on the App Store and Google Play Store to experience the new content.
