Newest Six One Indie Week-Long Event, Demo Days, Begins on July 31st Download and play over 150+ upcoming indies until August 7th
Six One Indie is back with our brand new event titled Demo Days next week, from July 31st to August 7th. This event is to allow players to discover some of the best and brightest that the indie gaming scene has to offer right before the AAA release season hits.
Taking a big swing into a brand new initiative that will live alongside our traditional Six One Indie Showcases, Demo Days is all about giving indie developers and publishers another spotlight for their games that have publicly available demos outside of the bigger demo fests. For our very first one, we have 150+ demos available for players to check out and discover their next favorite indie. There will be ZERO games or demos available that have been developed using generative AI in any form, as the developers, publishers, and PR folks agreed to this in order to submit their games.
The event will kick off on July 31st at 12 PM ET with a video showcase of some of our partners’ demos on our YouTube that will be available during the event, including Soft Source, FURYU Corporation, Wired Productions, Digital Bandidos, Lenya Digital, and 13AM Games. After the showcase is over, players can head to bit.ly/DemoDays2026 or our official website to start playing some demos and wishlist their favorites until August 7th.
