Infinity Nikki Version 2.4, The Forest Need Not Listen, Is Out Now
Infold Games has officially launched Infinity Nikki Version 2.4, The Forest Need Not Listen, a bold update that introduces a time-loop narrative structure to the critically-acclaimed game, alongside a darker fairy tale-inspired storyline, enhanced combat systems, and expansive new open-world building and management gameplay.
In Version 2.4, Nikki and Momo step into one of the game’s most mysterious and haunting chapters yet. Set within the eerie Misty Forest, the story unfolds through a time-loop narrative where the same tragic funeral repeats endlessly. As Nikki and Momo relive these events, they encounter twisted fairy tale figures such as the “Mad Red Riding Hood” and the “Big Dark Wolf,” gradually uncovering the hidden truth behind the forest’s curse.
The Forest Need Not Listen also introduces a brand-new open-world combat and exploration experience. Players now face a formidable new boss, the “Scavenger,” in a multi-phase battle featuring dynamic arena transformations and intense close-range encounters designed to heighten survival pressure, with players now able to fight alongside their beloved companion Momo for the first time. By equipping different cloaks, Momo can adopt both close-range and ranged combat roles, offering support in battle with upgradeable abilities that evolve through player progression.

Accompanying this challenge is the new 5-Star Resonance Outfit, She Is Wildfire, inspired by the dark retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. This outfit grants the combat ability

, allowing Nikki to fight alongside the Moon-Hunting Wolf. Outside of combat, the wolf can also be summoned for traversal, enhancing exploration across the open world.
Version 2.4 also expands gameplay with a new open-world construction and management system set in Itzaland. Players can build and customize structures such as beauty salons, baths, and drink shops using the new Itzaland Blueprint: Construction ability. Players can now manage their own businesses, generate income, and unlock new styles and rewards by upgrading their establishments. In addition, a new faction system allows players to recruit NPCs, develop their skills, and assign them to help manage shops, creating new progression paths tied to styling challenges.
With its darker narrative tone, expanded combat mechanics, and deeper world interaction systems, Version 2.4 marks a significant evolution for Infinity Nikki, offering players a richer and more immersive experience than ever before.
