Today, Team17 shared an exciting update for the highly-anticipated release of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam in a brand new trailer, below.
Announced during this year’s action-packed Galaxies Showcase, Team17 and Expression Games are thrilled to reveal that PC signups are now open for upcoming playtests. Players can register their interest to be one of the first to enlist in the fury of the brutal Vietnam War using the form here or scanning the QR code in the trailer.
The explosive new trailer, below, sets the stage with fierce aerial combat, claustrophobic firefights set in dense jungle environments and iconic patrol boats engaging in brutal strategic river pursuits.
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam features intense jungle warfare set during one of history’s fiercest battlegrounds in real-world locations recreated with unrivalled authenticity. Played out across 6 distinct large-scale maps with dramatic terrain and weather variants, immersive 50 vs 50 battles rage with brutal realism as strategy, squad cooperation and teamwork take precedence over individual heroics.
An arsenal of destructive historically accurate weapons, vehicles and tactical options are at your disposal in the pursuit of victory for your team. Including; new US aerial units featuring fully operational helicopters for fire support and supply drops and resourceful NVA forces capable of building extensive tunnel networks to gain the upper hand with surprise attacks. Both sides can hunt the enemy through Vietnam’s complex river network with heavily armed patrol boats built and launched to seek and destroy.
