Ghetto Zombies is launching today on Steam with a special discount and launch trailer

Ghetto Zombies Graffiti Squad, developed by Fogo Games and published by Nuntius Games, is now officially available today on Steam, arriving with a special launch discount for a very limited time and accompanied by a brand new exclusive trailer, showcasing the game’s fast paced action, urban style and wide variety of content.

Selected for the ID@Xbox program, a Microsoft initiative to support independent games, the title will also have its Xbox Series S|X release date announced later this month, marking the continued expansion of Nuntius Games into the console market.

Urban action with ghetto identity
Inspired by classic top down action games, Ghetto Zombies Graffiti Squad blends cooperative action, humor and a pixel art aesthetic inspired by the Brazilian outskirts. Players control graffiti heroes who must free the city from zombie hordes while conquering territories by painting murals across the environments. The graffiti conquest system is a core part of progression, unlocking new paths, challenges and map areas.

Addictive gameplay and constant progression
The experience was designed to be addictive and challenging, featuring fast matches, constant progression and high replay value. There are 4 playable characters, each with distinct attributes and the ability to switch during gameplay, enabling different strategies. The game is divided into 4 chapters, with around 10 stages in each, always culminating in a boss zombie battle that returns at the end of every chapter with new abilities and transformations.

Insane arsenal and diverse enemies
The arsenal is one of the game’s biggest highlights, with more than 60 different weapons, reaching over 70 variations when considering categories and special versions. These include insane weapons such as the ketchup blaster, bubblegum shooter, explosive spray and many other absurd creations, each with its own mechanics. Players face more than 20 types of zombies, totaling 22 different enemies, featuring varied attacks, mutations and behavior patterns, keeping the action unpredictable at all times.

Game modes, upgrades and soundtrack
In addition to the main campaign, the game features an infinite training mode, with random rounds and constant hordes for players who want to improve skills, test builds and compete for better performance. The upgrade system allows players to evolve hero attributes and abilities, deepening progression and encouraging experimentation with different playstyles. All of this is supported by an original soundtrack inspired by Brazilian culture, reinforcing the project’s unique identity.
