Earth's gone. 3 dead pilots're taking it back. Closed beta & trailer

The cities fell in days. The survivors went underground. The surface belongs to the Swarm now - and humanity's last program is going back up to take it.

You command three massive mechs, each carrying the digitized mind of a soldier who already died once. RUST, CINDER, HOLLOW - assault, sniper, artillery. They don't get new bodies because they earned them. They get new bodies because the war isn't finished.

The game has been just announced. The trailer and the closed beta test are already live.

Combat happens on a 16×16 grid, and it plays nothing like chess. Damage is a trading currency - AP, MP, EP, crits, armor, flanking, AoE - and every turn you're deciding what to spend and what to bleed for. Your titans take up 2×2 cells. The Swarm runs from 1×1 to 3×3. That asymmetry is the whole fight: multi-cell pathing, line of fire, blast areas - the things turn-based tactics usually avoids because they're hard to get right. We got them done.

The Swarm is not a script. Every creature runs a live decision-tree Utility AI - it flanks, focuses the wounded, and pulls back from bad trades. Acidon spits acid from range and never closes in. Creptor crosses the field in one turn and drains your action points while the mass moves up. Carapax shrugs off light weapons and only respects heavy calibers or a flanking hit. Tyranopode fires over cover and walls, straight at your mechs - the only one that punishes a static defense. And Ophirax, the boss, is what the Swarm grows when a sector has to be held. It doesn't come alone. It doesn't retreat. It turns every mistake you made earlier in the run into a dead titan.

Your pilots know they are copies of the fallen. When the squad burns, the minds return to the Data Center with their skills and experience intact - and deploy into the next run on fresh steel. Steel burns; memory doesn't. Between sorties you operate from Foothold «Vanguard»: hangar, supply convoy, holomap recon, and the protocol Data Center. Swap weapons. Reinforce armor. Work four branches of protocols, for each pilot and for the squad as a whole. A lost run is not lost progress.

The core is built and playable. Full tactical combat with status effects. The complete meta loop. A living Swarm AI. Four missions and the OPHIRAX boss. A Steam page that's live right now. The beta you can launch today.
