Duo Quest, Launching September 16, Now has Online Co-op
Two weeks from today, Duo Quest, a co-op roguelite deckbuilder with a twist, will launch on Steam. And starting today, you can try it with online co-op in the free demo.
Duo Quest is a co-op game unlike any other - your REAL WORLD RELATIONSHIPS are a game mechanic. You and a partner fight monsters while answering questions about each other to create powerful attacks. The better you know each other, the more damage you deal. It's a fresh take on co-op gaming that's already earned over 27,000 wishlists, an Inie Wave Maker award for graphics, design or mechanics at Gamescom Asia 2025, a finalist for Best Multiplayer at Gamescom LATAM 2026, and a finalist for SEA Game Awards 2026, all from a team of first-time developers making their debut.
Today's update adds online co-op to the demo, a feature fans have been requesting since its playtesting phase in December last year. Previously limited to local play, the demo now supports online co-op without third-party apps.
The full game launches September 16, 2026. 1+1 Studios and publisher Rising Tide will be at Tokyo Game Show (September 17–21, 2026) with the full game playable at their booth.
