Death By Scrolling Out Now on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and Steam

Death By Scrolling, the endlessly scrolling action roguelite set in the chaotic depths of Purgatory, is available now on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, alongside its existing release on Steam.

Today’s launch also coincides with a major update across all platforms, introducing a new playable character, a brand-new biome, and a range of gameplay and quality-of-life improvements, expanding the ever-climbing chaos of the afterlife.

Welcome to Purgatory Inc., where the elevator only goes up and Death is right behind you. In Death By Scrolling, players fight their way upward through a constantly scrolling world filled with monsters, hazards, and relentless pressure. Stop moving, and the rising screen will consume you. Slow down, and the Reaper will catch up.

Players must climb, fight, and adapt on the fly, collecting gold, unlocking upgrades, and making split-second decisions to survive each run long enough to pay the Ferryman’s exorbitant fee and escape.

With its unique blend of arcade intensity, roguelite progression, and tongue-in-cheek humor, Death By Scrolling delivers a fast-paced experience where the only way out… is up.
