Bonfire Studios Announces Arkheron crossplay Beta Coming September 25
During today’s XBOX broadcast at gamescom, Bonfire Studios announced the upcoming crossplay Beta for their competitive PvP game, Arkheron! Starting September 25, players on XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam can jump into the second beta test for the game and experience new gameplay improvements, 3v3 Spires mode, 45-player Ascension mode, PC/Console crossplay and more.
During the broadcast, Bonfire Studios Co-Founder Min Kim, Game Director Jeremy Craig and Sr. Character Artist Elliot Betancourt spotlighted Arkheron’s Spires and Ascension[ modes, the unique combat systems and how the console controls are tailored to the game’s fast-paced gameplay.

About Arkheron
In Arkheron 15 teams of three battle their way up a mysterious and surreal Tower, fighting monsters and eliminating rival teams to ascend to the next floor. There are no fixed heroes or roles, instead players define their builds in every match on the fly by looting items that unlock powerful abilities and unique playstyles that evolve floor-to-floor. By combining high-precision combat skills and team coordination, the final two teams will meet at the top of the Tower in a winner-takes-all showdown.
Following Steam Next Fest, Bonfire Studios will share details about Arkheron’s upcoming Closed Beta on PC, which will introduce Ranked Play.
