Roboquest VR Launches November 20 on PS VR2 and Steam
Roboquest VR is almost here. On November 20, the full VR reimagining of the hit roguelite shooter lands on PlayStation VR2 and Steam, rebuilt from the ground up to feel fast, physical, and unmistakably Roboquest.
You know the mission: reboot, reload, and tear through a scorched future world overflowing with mechanical swarms. Every run pushes your reflexes as you sprint, slide, double-jump, rail-grind, and rocket-boost through shifting arenas designed for speed and chaos.
The arsenal is one of the stars of the show. With more than 70 weapons tuned for VR, every trigger pull, bowstring draw, and melee strike feels alive in your hands. Dual-wield pistols for quick takedowns, charge up explosive rockets, hurl ninja stars, or carve through bots up close. Each weapon is rebuilt with manual reloads, interactive handling, and real physical recoil, encouraging players to experiment and master their own style.
Roguelite progression returns in full force. Levels are procedurally generated, encounters shift every run, and Basecamp upgrades let you unlock new perks, classes, and permanent boosts. Build a tanky brawler, a precision sniper, a drone-summoning Engineer, or a wild hybrid that shouldn’t work but absolutely does.
On PS VR2, Roboquest VR takes advantage of the hardware with adaptive triggers, refined controller haptics, headset rumble, HDR visuals, and eye-tracked foveated rendering.
Co-op multiplayer is in development and will arrive after launch.
