School Management Sim 'Let's School' Adds New Magic DLC and Mod Support
Aspiring headmasters rejoice!
Pathea Games and PM Studios have launched a brand new update for their school management sim, Let’s School. Starting today all owners of Let’s School will be able to create and upload their own game content for free and enjoy other community-made content with a click of a button thanks to the incorporation of Steam Workshop support.
In Let’s School, players construct and run their own educational establishments acting as an all-powerful principal/headteacher. Players have all the tools they need to construct buildings in any form they wish, craft curriculums to fit a range of different subjects, hire and fire teachers, adopt pets to improve school life, prevent sudden frog outbreaks, catch students before they ‘accidentally’ set the school on fire, create after school clubs and customize absolutely everything from school decor to logos emblazoned on uniforms. Players have the ultimate freedom to run their school as they see fit and have all the tools available to them to guide students from mediocrity to academic achievement… or not.
Steam Workshop support allows players to freely share and create new content in-game such as new NPCs, new character parts, new school uniforms, new scripting and gameplay rule changes, new wall textures, new furniture textures and lots more! The addition of fan-made buildings, characters, gameplay modifications and whatever else players can imagine breathes new life into Let’s School which continues to attract overwhelmingly positive reviews (over 90%) from its growing 200,000 strong player community.

If community made mods weren’t enough, Pathea Games has also launched the new MagicalCastles downloadable content pack (priced at $3.99, £3.39, €3.99). This new content is themed around the fantastical and the magical! Headmasters will now be able to craft a special magic curriculum for their students with three new facilities (Magic Lecture Hall, Bard’s General School and the grand Banquet Hall), 6 new items including Magic Wand, Witch Broom and Juggling, and over 100 new furniture, interior and exterior customisation elements. Steam Workshop support and the new Magical Castles DLC also accompanies a new quality of life update which includes numerous bug fixes and optimizations directly responding to fan feedback.
Pathea are also discounting Let’s School by 30% starting today until 11th July as part of the Steam Summer Sale. This is the biggest discount the game has received to date, plus there is also the new Let's School: Super Headmaster Edition. This new bundle combines the base game, Water Towns pack and the brand new Magical Castles pack together for the first time. If you have yet to start your headmaster career, now might just be the perfect time! Those children won’t teach themselves…
Let’s School is currently available for PC and is set to launch on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation on July 16th.
