Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles Free Update out now on Steam
Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles, released a little over a month ago, is already receiving its first free update. The beginning of a colossal roadmap of updates from creator Tomas Sala, fortune aplenty awaits on the high seas of the Ursee, for those daring enough to seize it on PC today! This update will also be available to PlayStation and Xbox players on May 17.
As a celebration of Bulwark’s launch and a huge thank you to the continued fan support, Tomas is kicking things off with the ‘Tribute, Trade and Splinters update’, a free addition allowing players to pillage from their adversaries after battle. Ships will now drop ‘splinters’ which can be used to buy more extractors and repair players’ fleets, allowing them to swashbuckle more freely across the Ursee.
Players can also use new diplomacy mechanics to conquer their enemies and turn them into ‘vassals’. Captured units can then be offered as a tribute to other factions players are warring with as a way to reconcile and bring peace.
Outside of battle, players can access three brand-new ships and captains specializing in splinter trade, meaning that if they’re looking to buy more extractors war isn’t the only answer! Tomas has also been hard at work bringing navigational UI features and improvements to the cinematics around end-game wonders, key additions players have requested since launch.

As outlined, ‘Tribute, Trade and Splinters’ will be the first update in a year of game-changing updates, all hand-crafted with the wants and needs of players.
